What to Expect

For a lot of you, this may be your first time dealing directly with construction in your home, or you may have a fantastic contractor who handled all of this for you. Either way, we want to help you understand our process so you know what to expect.

• Give us a call or send an email. If you have architectural or structural plans, please feel free to email those to us so we have a better idea of the scope of the job. If you do not have any sketches or plans, do not worry, we can still discuss your project with you.

• We can schedule a site visit to review your project to get you a quote.

• After our site visit, and /or discussion with you , we will email you a Proposal with pricing for the job. If you like it, please sign and return it back to us. If you still need some revisions, or have questions for your job, please contact us so we can get you a Proposal that meets your needs.

• Once we receive the signed contract, we open a job file and put your job in queue. Depending on the size of your job, and our current workload, we will give you an estimated timeline for your job.
